great way to make money on the Internet; is to identify a problem that a lot of people are having, and then be the only, or one of the only people to provide a solution for them.

If you want to find out what problems people are having, one of the best places to go looking is on the Internet message boards. There are thousands and thousands of message boards on every conceivable subject.

Each message board or forum as they are also called, tends to focus on one particular niche. They are like little communities where people with the same interest go and sound off about the problems, and issues they are facing.

For an Internet Entrepreneur like yourself, these are truly fantastic places to go and do some research. They really are great places to go and find out what problems people are having. As everyone is generally talking about problems in the same niche market, you can quickly identify the same problems coming up again and again.

Here's what I discovered…

Before I wrote my new ebook 'Website Not Required', I spent a lot of time hanging around in online marketing forums. Each day I would make a note of the type of questions and problems that kept coming up over and over again.

Many of the questions I saw revolved around building a website, and getting people to come and visit it. I saw so many people, struggling to build their first website in the hope of making some money on the Internet.

Even after people had built their website, they were still struggling to get traffic to their site and convert this into sales.

There is quite a lot of technical stuff to learn when you're running a website. Even when you know what you're doing, things can easily go wrong and get on top of you.

With more research I found that just about every single information product on the market, was being aimed at people that already had a website.

Everyone was trying to teach them all these super advanced marketing techniques; that were only really any good for the more experienced marketers.

I also found that one of the reasons why people hadn't built a website was because they had so little money, they couldn't afford to do it. When you think about the cost of building a website for a minute…

• You need to buy the software to build a website.
  
  
• Ideally you will also need a graphics program to design the logo and any other graphical elements of the site.
  
  
• When you've covered that, you still need to register an Internet domain name to get your own website address.
  
  
• Then you've got the website hosting fees to pay, and the list goes on.

So, in addition to facing all of the hassles of learning how to build a professional looking website, you also have to dig deep into your pockets to pay for all the software and stuff to do it.

To me, there seemed to be a whole load of people left out in the cold, that had yet to learn how to build their first website, and or don't have much money to start a business with.

I knew that I could provide a solution...

Having collated all this very valuable research, I set about creating an information product that would help all these people to get their foot on the first rung of the money-making ladder.
