"How to 'Outwit Your Competitors'
and Succeed in a Saturated Market"

hen you are setting up a business, or creating a new product, it's very easy to look at the competition, and start trembling in your boots. They appear to be this huge obstacle, standing right bang smack in between you and success.

In reality, competition is a 'good thing' not a bad one.

If there is plenty of competition in a market, it usually means that:

  • There is a good demand for that particular product or service.

  • There are people willing to spend money in that market

Before you even consider entering that market, your competitors have already done a lot of your important research for you. They have essentially found a hot and profitable market, and stuck a huge red flag in it for you!

The Market Is Saturated, What Now!

When you look at all these competitors, you will be forgiven for thinking that the market is taken, with no room for little old you. In almost all cases this is simply not true at all.

Take a closer look at the No1 product/service in a particular market; the one everyone is using/buying…

   Is it perfect? - NO!

I don't even need to know what the product is. Fact is, no product or service is perfect, so that leaves the door open for improvement. Doesn't it?

  1. A better quality version of same product

  2. Maybe a cheaper version

  3. A faster service

  4. A more efficient service

  5. Personal/tailor made service

  6. A product with more features

  7. A more reliable product

  8. A longer lasting product

  9. A product that is easier to use

  10. A product or service which provides benefits the others don't

The list is absolutely endless. Spend a bit of time picking holes in the leading products or services, in the market you want to enter.

Put Your Customer Hat On

  • What don't you like about their product?

  • What doesn't it do for you?

  • What would you like it to do?

  • What could be improved upon?

All sorts of opportunities will present themselves to you.

If you sell your own, or promote other people's information products online, you will already know of ClickBank.com.

ClickBank have been the market leader in their niche for a long time. When most people talk about them, they say that they are 'untouchable'. That they have gotten so big that they literally 'own the market'.

Trying to compete with a giant like this is just foolish isn't it?

Remember what I said before, about your competitors not being perfect?

Well, there is a new, very serious competitor in town. One that I predict will be taking a massive chunk out of ClickBank's market share very quickly. By this time next year, we could even see a new market leader, with Clickbank trailing in second place.

   I'm talking about www.PayDotCom.com

So who is behind PayDotCom? What huge corporation has decided to go head to head with ClickBank?

Would it surprise you to know that Mike Filsaime, the brains behind PayDotCom, was still running his Internet business 'part-time' until last year. Now here he is the following year, going head to head with a huge competitor in Clickbank!

   Doesn't that inspire you?

Here's Why I Think PayDotCom
Is Going To Do Very Well...

Well for a start, PayDotCom wouldn't be here if everyone was completely happy with ClickBank. From a seller and an affiliates point of view, ClickBank has many areas that could be improved upon.

Don't get me wrong, in a lot of areas they provide an excellent service. However, for years now, the forums have been ablaze with affiliates and sellers voicing their frustration with ClickBank. They have been immensely successful, but it's obvious that they have also become complacent.

ClickBank's reluctance to provide the features and services their customers have been screaming for; is what has inspired Mike to create a better alternative with PayDotCom.

I am now selling my drop capital images through PayDotCom, and I plan on using them for other products in the future as well.

Whether you have your own products to sell, or just want to promote products as an affiliate, I highly recommend that you sign up for a FREE account with PayDotCom.

Thousands of affiliates and product sellers have already signed up with PayDotCom. It's a great service, and from what I can see, the best is yet to come!

I hope this 'David and Goliath' comparison has demonstrated what can be achieved. Even when the market seems saturated and the competition so huge.

   Wishing you success,
