Big Opportunities In This Overlooked Niche Market…
Have you subscribed to my RSS feed yet?. Thanks for visiting!
The international currency online is ‘US Dollars’, and the international language is ‘US English’. That’s because the US has the greatest number of English speaking people.
It’s hard to think of a country like the UK as a niche market, and in a broad sense it’s obviously not. But if you have already identified a niche market you want to target, what if you broke that down even further by concentrating on people living in a specific country for that niche.
Virtually all the top Internet marketing guru’s tell you to sell your niche information products in US Dollars, and target your marketing to that audience, because that’s the biggest chunk of the market.
Well, I want you to consider another alternative. Let’s imagine that I am looking to buy an information product, to help me to make money from buying and selling houses.
I live in the UK so which of these two products am I ‘MUCH’ more likely to buy?
Product A.
- The website has a ‘.com’ domain name.
- The sales page is written in US English, and use phrases that are familiar to people living in the US, like ‘Real estate’.
- It talks about taxes and processes that are followed in the US.
- The ebook is being sold in US Dollars.
- The audio message on the sales page has an American accent.
- The contact information has a US phone number and a US address.
Product B.
- The website has a ‘.co.uk’ domain name.
- The sales page is written in UK English, and use phrases that are familiar to people living in the UK, like ‘estate agents’.
- It talks about taxes, stamp duty, solicitors and processes that are followed in the UK.
- The ebook is being sold in UK pounds.
- The audio message on the sales page has a British accent.
- The contact information has a UK phone number and a UK address.
Now they are just some of the basics, but product B would be overwhelmingly more appealing to me as a buyer in the UK.
For many reasons, but here’s just a few:
- I would feel more comfortable buying from someone in my own country than abroad.
- If I needed support I would be happy to ring a UK support phone number, but would be unlikely to call one in the US.
- The accent and language is more familiar to me, and I’m able to identify with the speaker more than the one with a US accent.
- With product A, I would be half expecting to be given some tips and resources that would only be useful to me if I lived in the US. But with product B, I would be expecting ‘all’ the resources and tips to be available and potentially useful to me.
The information in both ebooks could be virtually identical. But product B is being packaged, presented and sold to me in a way that is far more appealing.
Do you see the opportunities here?
Many niche information products are trying to be all things to all people, and use the same sales pitch, and sell the same information to people in every country.
How about adapting the product and marketing to target people in a specific country? Whether it be to the UK market or which ever country you happen to live in. Although the size of the potential market will be much smaller, your product will stand out because it will be tailored specifically for people in that country.
- If you live in the US, maybe consider outsourcing to UK ghostwriters, audio speakers with a UK accent etc, to create and market a UK specific product.
- If you don’t sell your own products, maybe consider setting up a website to target UK consumers. Promoting UK products and resources as an affiliate.
Did you know that in the UK, we spend more money per head of population on eBay, than in any other country? There’s money being spent here, believe me.
With the Pound being so strong against the Dollar at the moment, this is another great reason to consider marketing specifically to the UK, and sell in £’s.

The Secret To Selling
Info Products on eBay
The Secret To Selling
Info Products on eBay
One of the biggest problems with eBay, is trying to source products to sell. If you are selling one-offs, like stuff you’ve picked up from yard sales, car boots (for my UK friends), offline auctions, clearance sales etc., you also have the constant hassle of having write a completely new auction description/sales page for every listing.
One of the best things to sell on eBay is information products. The profit margin is potentially very high, and you can just keep selling the same thing over and over to different people.
This obviously sounds very appealing, until you actually look at what info products are being sold on eBay. Everyone and their brother seems to be selling ebooks for Dollar or less.
So is it possible to make any decent money selling info products on eBay?
The simple answer is yes, but 99% of eBay sellers are going about it the completely wrong way.
If you you’ve tried selling ebooks on eBay before without much success, the following information is for you…
There are already a ton of courses on how to use eBay out there, some good, some bad. However, what makes Auction Profit Machine stand out, is that it is dedicated entirely to creating and selling info products.
If you are already an accomplished and successful info product seller on eBay, a lot of the info in here will be familiar to you. However, if you are not you’ll find this course invaluable. It’s definitely the most comprehensive guide on the subject I have read.
If you fill in a quick form, you can download their free report, which is certainly worth a read: "The Real Secret To Quick and Easy eBay® Profits!"

Big Opportunities In This Overlooked Niche Market...
“The Easiest Way to Start Your Own eBook Publishing Business”
Arguably, one of the best ways to make money online, is to have your own information product that you can sell to a hungry niche market.
The trouble is; it’s a lot easier said than done.
To start off with, you have to do a load of research to locate profitable niche markets, and then find out what they want to buy. If you are lucky enough to find that out, you’ve then got all the hassle of getting the product created and written.
Doing all the writing yourself is a hard slog (believe me I’ve been there), and if you decide to get the ebook ghostwritten that can be very expensive, and it also brings its only headaches in trying to find a decent writer.
I’ve just gained access to a brand new service run by Robert Blackstone and Adam Maywald, which solves all these problems for you.
Every month they give you FOUR new private label ebooks, which you are free to sell and use in multiple ways, and keep 100% of all the profit that you make.
There are many different things that I like about this, which makes it different from other similar services out there.
What impressed me to begin with was the quality of the products. I’ve already gone through the initial ebooks that you get when you join, and they are superior to most other PLR ebooks I have seen. Quite often with private label content of this nature, it’s often been written by cheaper ghostwriters who are not native English speakers.
However, with these ebooks they have been written by competent ghostwriters who speak English as their first language, so the quality of the content is very good.
- Membership is STRCITLY LIMITED to just 300 people! This is incredibly low when you compare it to other similar sites that have 1500+ members.
- You get a PDF and a Microsoft Word (doc file) version, so you can easily edit and add to the content to make each ebook unique to you.
- A ready made sales letter, a list of keywords to use for pay-per-click advertising, header graphic for your sales page, and ebook cover graphics (including the original Photoshop files as well), plus a pre-written 5 part mini course, which you can use to capture leads and build a list for each market.
The autoresponder mini-course is a huge bonus in my book, because they are a proven way of driving visitors back into your site, and increasing your sales conversion rates.
It doesn’t stop there either; Adam and Robert have also gone to the trouble of finding relevant affiliate programs, appropriate for each niche ebook. This is a big time saver, and by weaving in a few recommendations for affiliate products into the ebooks, you can make even more money from back end affiliate sales.
Lots Of Different Ways To Profit
And Use The Content
-
The most obvious choice is to sell them as standard ebooks, with a recommended retail price of between $15 to $30. With services like ClickBank and PayDotCom, you could have an ebook site up and ready to take money in no time. Plus the opportunity to get affiliates promoting them for you.
- You could use the ebook as an upsell for an existing product you may be selling.
- You could even take parts of the ebook and create articles for a content site, to profit from AdSense, or even for a blog.
- You could take portions of an ebook to create one or more mini ebooks, to use as marketing tools, free gifts or even viral ebooks that can be rebranded by affiliates.
- You could create an audio product by recording an mp3 version of the ebook. This would be a very simple way of making your product unique and adding extra value to the package.
- Take portions of the ebook and create an audio mp3 for podcasting, and submit it to podcast directories. Podcasting is growing at an alarming rate, and this gives you a great opportunity to profit from podcasting in niche markets.
To help protect members, you are required to re-write some of the content, depending on the use. There is a ‘terms of use’ link on the sales page, if you want to find out exactly what you can do with the content.
In any case, I definitely recommend that you undertake some re-writing of the content, in-order to make your product unique, and to stand out from what other people are selling. The good part is; most of the hard work and effort has already been done for you.
With FOUR new products every month, including sales pages, graphics, keyword research, and a pre-written mini course, you have a real opportunity here to get up and running with your own successful publishing business, very fast.
…Plus at a fraction of what it would cost you to get this all created yourself, not too mention the hassle involved.

The Secret To Selling

Create Your Own Information
Products, By Adding The
‘Human Touch’ To Software
If you are looking for an idea for creating your own information product, you might want to take a look at the software you ‘already own’ or have access to. It might just hold the key to a popular information product.
One thing is certain, people are using software more and more, to help speed up things like research. It’s this area that I want to focus on today.
If you look at the software that you already use, or perhaps the programs that everyone is talking about in forums and newsletters, it’s easy to get a feel for the type of information people are desperate for.
Over the last couple of years, there has been an epidemic of new software programs helping you with ‘keyword research’. It’s glaringly obvious that there is a massive demand from people who want to:
- Build ‘bigger‘ lists of keywords.
- Discover ‘unexposed‘ niche markets.
- Find opportunities to profit from pay- per-click (PPC) advertising like Google AdSense.
- Uncover untapped markets and hidden demands for products and services that are currently not being catered for.
To help satisfy this huge demand for specific keyword research data, dozens of new keyword tools have been created. If you are not a software programmer or developer, it doesn’t mean that you can’t capitalize on this growing market.
4 Reasons Why People Won’t Buy
The Latest Keyword Research Tool…
- For every person that buys the latest ‘all singing and dancing’ keyword tool, there are probably a hell of a lot more people who would like to, but can’t afford the cost of the software.
- Many people who own keyword research tools, don’t get the most out of them, because they either don’t know how to use them properly, or they don’t have the time to put them to good use.
- Some people have the time, the money and the ability to use these keyword tools, but they prefer to use their efforts elsewhere in their business.
- Some people just don’t want the hassle of learning a new software program, and just want everything packaged up, and presented to them on a plate, ready to use.
I’ve used tons of different software programs over the years, and I’ve yet to find one that does ‘everything’ for you.
This creates opportunities for you, because you can combine your own ‘human touch’ with one or more software progams, thus creating a product or service that is unique to you, and not available by using just software products on their own.
Look at the four ‘reasons’ I’ve listed above, and see if you can come up with an info product or service to satisfy these people.
Now, there are already a few people offering access to huge lists of keywords that they have already compiled. They are useful, but you still have to do a fair bit of work to find an ideal market, and then gather all the relevant keyword information you require for your particular needs.
What If…
You used your existing keyword tools (or get access to some good ones), and do all the research so that other marketers don’t have to. You find profitable niche markets where there are searches being done for the main keywords, but with lower than normal competition.
- Provide information on the number of searches.
- Number of competing web pages in Google.
- How many ‘pay-per-click’ advertisers are targeting those keywords.
- How much money the advertisers are paying per click.
One keyword research tool that I have been using a lot, and really like is: Keyword Analyzer. It will provide you with all of the information above, plus a whole lot more. You could even combine using that with the power or Wordtracker, to really expand and refine your research.
Then…
Maybe you could use SEO Elite to analyze the ’search engine optimization’ of top 5 or 10 websites on Google, for the main keywords you identify. Provide a detailed report of the top sites people will be competing against, with information like their Google page rank and link popularity.
You might want to also include details of good relevant affiliate products, for them to make additional sales from.
Anyone can obtain this information themselves if they wanted to. What you’d be doing is presenting people with ready-made niche market research. It would be a huge time saver for them.
For this example idea, I have talked about producing a niche market report, by combining the power of 3 different software tools. However, this is just one product idea of many out there. There are literally thousands of software programs on the market, performing every imaginable task.
Take a closer look at the software you already own, and the popular software programs everyone seems to be buying. Could you combine the power of a few of these programs, with your ‘human touch’, and create your own information product or service?
Get your thinking cap on!
